The customer in Mali has long been engaged in the business of animal waste recycling, especially in the collection of large quantities of animal bones and sick and dead livestock in slaughterhouses and animal treatment centers. If these wastes are not disposed of promptly, they not only pollute the environment, but also spread diseases.

The customer wants to introduce advanced bone meal equipment to convert these wastes into a high value-added product – bone meal, which can be used as fertilizer or animal feed additives

After understanding the customer’s needs in detail, Shuliy team recommended a medium-sized MBM production line that suited his output and budget. The production line includes high-temperature hydrolysis, dehydration and degreasing by pressing, steam drying, cooling, crushing and other processes. The whole set of meat and bone meal machine is compact and easy to operate, which is especially suitable for the resource treatment of animal waste.

This customer is especially satisfied with the steam high temperature hydrolysis function of the bone meal machine, which can be effectively sterilized, and at the same time improve the protein content of bone meal.
