To make fish powder, our a series of fishmeal machines can not only process all kinds of dead fish, shrimp but also can through processing the mealworm(Tenebrio molitor) for making animal protein powder. Due to our outstanding fame in fish meal equipment manufacturing for many years, more and more foreign customers have given the orders for the whole set of fishmeal production line or the onboard fish meal equipment.

Recently, another Chilean customer bought our fish meal machines for making mealworm powder and extracting of animal protein. He and his partner have been consulted for the fish meal making craft and equipment details continuously during the past two months. And finally, they came to China for visiting our fish meal machine factory and gave us the order of the whole set of fish meal processing machines.

Their main raw materials for making the powder are the mealworm(Tenebrio molitor), which is a kind of insects with high protein. The dried Tenebrio molitor larvae contain 30% fat and up to 50% protein. In addition, it contains essential elements such as phosphorus, potassium, iron, sodium and aluminum and various trace elements. Because the dried Tenebrio molitor larvae contain about 40% protein, 57% sputum, and 60% adult worms, it is known as the “treasure of protein feed.”

Due to the Tenebrio molitor is reach in this Chilean customer hometown, so that he made up his mind to set the fish meal making plant to produce the mealworm powder and further process protein. They said they can purchase a large amount of mealworm or raise the Tenebrio molitor larvae for making powder. And he said the cost would not be so much for him.

During their visiting in our fishmeal machine workshop, they nearly saw all kinds of our fish meal equipment patiently. And our engineers and sales consultant answered each of their questions about the machine materials, working capacities, parameters, and other detailed information. They were very thankful for accompanying them and providing a lot of useful advice for them.

After further negotiation about the machine details, they finally offered us their purchase order for the whole set of fishmeal equipment, which including the 2 ton per day onboard fish meal plant, crusher machine, mealworm screen machine, centrifuge machine, and protein concentration equipment and so on.
