Production requirements of the Malaysia fish meal plant

The Malaysian client has mainly engaged in fishing business in the past five years. He said that after each fishing job, a large number of dead fish and shrimps will be produced. Throwing them away will not only cause waste, but also pollute the environment.

After understanding the processing process of fish meal, the customer quickly decided to purchase a full set of fish meal processing equipment to produce fish meal. Considering the high investment cost, he decided to buy a small-volume fishmeal machine and build a small fish meal processing plant.

The raw materials of this Malaysian customer are mainly trash fish and small fish, and the amount of oil in the fish is not uniform. The daily raw fish is about 2 tons per day, and the daily raw fish can reach up to 10 tons (according to the fishing situation of the fishing vessel). The customer expects a fishmeal production capacity of at least 500 kg per hour, up to 5 tons/h. And if done well, 4 tons of raw fish can be consumed in half a day. He expects the factory’s daily operating time to be less than 12 hours. The heating method is steam heating.

Why did the Malaysia customer buy 1 ton/h fish meal plant?

According to the fishmeal production needs of the Malaysian customer, we provided him with a detailed fishmeal production plan. However, given that the customer has sufficient raw materials and a large plant area, we recommended a 1 ton/h fish meal production line to him.
