Project background

As the U.S. feed industry continues to grow, the demand for fishmeal as a high-quality protein ingredient has increased dramatically. A feed processor on the east coast of the United States wanted to expand its fishmeal production to improve efficiency and product quality.

According to the customer’s specific needs, we designed a 10 tons/day fully automated fishmeal production line. The production line includes fish crusher, cooker, press machine, dryer, cooler, grinder, packing machine, etc. In addition, customized plant layout design and installation solutions are also provided to optimize the production process to the maximum extent.

Upon arrival of the equipment in the U.S., Shuliy dispatched an experienced technical team for on-site installation and commissioning. In just two to three weeks, the installation of the equipment, piping connections, power supply debugging and test run operations were completed.
