How does the spray scrubber work?

When the machine is working, the washing liquid in the spray tower is atomized into small droplets by the nozzle and sprayed down evenly. The dust gas enters the lower part of the spray tower and flows upward from the bottom. The two are in counter-current contact, condensing with each other by the collision of dust particles and water droplets, and settling down by the action of gravity. The collected dust is gravity deposited in the liquid storage tank to form the bottom of the high solid concentration phase liquid, which is discharged periodically for further treatment.

In addition, part of the clarification liquid can be recycled, together with a small amount of additional clear liquid through the circulation pump from the nozzle into the spray tower spray washing. Thus, the consumption of washing liquid and the amount of secondary sewage treatment are reduced. The purified gas after spray washing is discharged from the top of the tower after removing the tiny liquid droplets carried by the gas through the defroster.

Precautions of using the spray tower

1. During the use process, the acid-base concentration in the absorption liquid should be checked in time. When the acid concentration is too high, the absorption liquid should be replaced in time.
2. The surrounding exhaust gas treatment equipment should be kept clean and hygienic.
3. Always check the spray pipe in the spray tower for blockage. If the blockage should be cleaned up in time, or clean the inside of the tower.
4. The absorption liquid in the purification tower is added through the addition tank. When it is found that excessive absorption of absorbent is found, it should be added in time. The absorption solution should be inspected every 8 hours and added in time if it is missing.
5. When the equipment stops running, first stop the blower for 1-2 minutes, then stop the circulating water pump. When using, first turn on the circulating water pump for 2-3 minutes, then open the blower.
