Fishmeal production plant application scope
The fish power plant is an integrated unit for gathering all the functions and crafts of the fishmeal production line. This fish meal production plant is suitable for aquatic products processing enterprises to process aquatic offal. In addition, it is also widely used in some small fish meal factory, islands and fishing docks.
Fish meal processing plant working principle
- Use the fish crusher to crush the raw material first and reduce the size of the material, so that it is easy to steam quickly and evenly.
- Put the material into the steamer to cook and sterilize the material.
- After maturing the material, the screw press can make the material squeezed and degreased.
- Dry the press cake in the steam dryer, and under the action of stirring teeth, the material is fully dried, and then the finished product is obtained.
- Extrude the oil-water mixture from the screw press, and collect mixture using the heating and precipitation separation method.
- The exhaust gas produced in the production process is condensed by the condensing device and then deodorized by the photo-oxidation catalyst. The deodorizing effect reaches the emission standard of malodorous pollutants.
