As an important agricultural and livestock country in Southeast Asia, Malaysia has a growing demand for high-quality feedstuffs. Feather meal, as a kind of high protein feedstuff, is favored by the local farming industry because of its low cost and high nutritional value. However, there is a lack of efficient local feather meal production equipment in Malaysia, making it difficult for production efficiency and product quality to meet market demand.

For this reason, a Malaysian feed processing enterprise decided to introduce a set of advanced feather meal equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality, while reducing the dependence on imported feather meal. Equipment selection and customized design

According to the actual needs of the Malaysian customer, we have customized a complete set of feather meal production line equipment, including the following core equipment:

• High-temperature hydrolysis tank: through high-temperature and high-pressure hydrolysis process, the keratin in the feathers is transformed into digestible and absorbable protein.
• ڈرائر: it adopts steam drying technology to quickly reduce the water content of feather powder and extend the shelf life.
• Crusher and packaging machine: Crush the dried feather powder to the required particle size and automatically pack it into bags for easy storage and transportation.

Equipment delivery and logistics arrangements

In order to ensure that the feather meal equipment arrives in Malaysia safely and on time, we have made a detailed logistics plan:

• Loading: all the equipment is directly loaded into containers and fixed to cope with the bumpy and humid environment in long-distance sea transportation.
• Transportation: we choose reliable international shipping service from China port and direct to Port Klang, Malaysia.
• Customs clearance and distribution: we cooperate with local Malaysian customs clearance agents to ensure the equipment passes the customs inspection smoothly, and arrange professional logistics team to deliver the equipment to the customer’s factory.

Feather meal equipment installation and commissioning

After the arrival of the equipment, we assisted the customer to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment. Specific steps include:

• Equipment installation: according to the layout of the factory, rational planning of equipment location, to ensure smooth production line flow.
• System debugging: each piece of equipment is individually debugged to ensure its stable operation; then the whole production line is debugged to optimize the production efficiency.
• Operation training: provide detailed technical training for the customer’s operators, including equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

After the equipment was put into production, the customer’s production efficiency increased significantly, the daily output of پنکھ کا کھانا increased from 2 tons to 8 tons, and the product quality also reached international standards.
