How does the fish cooking machine work?
The main body of the fish cooker is a drum structure, which has the screw axis and many inner coil pipes to transfer the steam and provide heating for cooking fish. Besides, there is a motor and the belt pulley structure outside of the cooker. The heating part of the fish cooker is divided into two parts, one is the rotor, the design pressure in the rotor is 0.6MPA, and the design pressure of the outer jacket is 0.6MPA. We should set a boiler for providing the steam heating for this cooker.
Working process
The minced fish chopped by the fish cutting machine is fed to the cooking machine through a screw conveyor for cooking. This fish stewing machine can be indirectly heated by steam or heat transfer oil to ensure that the raw fish is evenly cooked. The machine is equipped with an automatic control feed hopper that automatically controls the level of material to ensure that the feed to the cooker is always filled with material. This ensures that the cooking process of the fish pieces is evenly heated and can work continuously.
Main features of the fish stewing machine
- Through the outer jacket, the main shaft and the spiral fins filled with steam heating, the machine can ensure that the raw fish is completely cooked to avoid a large amount of condensed water generated by steam direct injection heating which may cause the fish meal protein loss.
- The power system of the machine adopts a step-less speed regulating motor, which can change the speed of the main shaft of the cooking machine to meet the production process requirements of different seasons, different fish species and fish size.
- In addition, this fish cooker machine has an automatic hydrophobic system that recovers all of the steam condensates to the boiler, reducing energy consumption. Both ends of the main shaft of the machine adopt automatic adjustment and compression sealing device to avoid leakage of the cooking machine, which can maintain the indoor sanitation of the workshop.
- The machine is equipped with a steel structure base, does not need to provide a concrete foundation, and can be freely changed in the installation position, and the installation is very convenient. Moreover, its outer insulation layer and upper observation cover are made of stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
