Fishmeal is a brown powder rich in protein and nutrients, which is commonly used in the production of animal feeds, such as cat and dog food, rabbit food, and poultry feed. It is mainly made from some fish that are not suitable for human consumption, small fish, dead fish or fish processing residues (e.g., fish head, fish bones, viscera, etc.) after cutting, steaming, pressing, drying, and other processes.

Step two: fish cooking
The fish cooker machine adopts the steam heating method, so it should match with a boiler for providing the steam source. The boiler can be bought or self-built by the customers themselves. This fish cooking step has two main functions for processing fish meal: cooked and sterilization.

Step three: cooked fish squeezing

This rotary dryer machine can dry the fish meal quickly during its rotation process with the heating source of boiler steam. Step five: fish meal screening and re-crushing
During the fish meal production line, after drying, the fishmeal should be screened by a drum screening machine to get the fish powder of even size. The drum screening machine can be changed with different screen meshes with different screening holes.
