Why invest in Shuliy fish meal processing machine?
مئی 14, 2024Why require cooking in the fishmeal production process?
ستمبر 19, 2024MBM(meat bone meal) is a high-protein feed widely used in livestock and aquaculture. Understanding the production process of meat and bone meal helps to choose the right equipment and improve production efficiency.
In the following, we will introduce the production process of making MBM and analyze it with our meat bone meal(MBM) production line.
Raw material handling
The raw materials for the production of meat and bone meal come mainly from slaughterhouse waste, including animal organs, bones and blood. These wastes are collected and sent to the MBM production line for preliminary treatment to ensure that impurities are removed and production requirements are met.
High-temperature hydrolysis
After preliminary treatment, the raw materials enter the high-temperature hydrolysis process.
Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the organic substances in the raw materials are decomposed into smaller molecules, killing pathogenic microorganisms and ensuring the safety and nutritional value of the products.
Pressing
The hydrolyzed raw materials are fed into the pressing equipment for dehydration and degreasing. This step removes excess water and fat and improves the dryness of the raw material, preparing it for subsequent processing.
Steam drying
After dehydration and degreasing treatment, the raw material enters the steam drying equipment. Under the action of high-temperature steam, the remaining water in the raw material is further evaporated to ensure that the drying effect meets the standard. This step is critical and has a direct impact on the quality of the final product.
Cooling
After drying, the raw material needs to be cooled quickly to prevent the high temperatures from affecting the quality of the finished product.
The cooled material is sent to the next process through conveying equipment to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production line.
Grinding
The cooled raw materials enter the pulverizing equipment for final processing.
Through the pulverizer, the dry raw materials are crushed into fine particles, resulting in high-quality meat bone meal, and blood meal. The finished products are sieved to ensure uniform particle size and meet the market demand.
